Dahi Ni Kudhee (Yogurt Curry)

Ingredients

 2 medium onions
 6-8 sprigs curry leaves
 4-5 finely chopped green chillies
 4-5 finely sliced garlic cloves
 ¾ tsp. tumeric
 1 tsp. salt
 2 cups thick, non-sour yogurt (room temperature)
 2 tsp. sugar

Method

 Fry onions until golden brown.
 Add the curry leaves, green chillies, and garlic cloves, and sizzle for 3 minutes.
 Add the tumeric and ½ tsp. salt and sizzle for another 2 minutes.
 Add the yogurt, sugar, and ½ tsp. salt, on a low flame, little at a time.
 Mix well for a minute to heat through, and serve.

Serves 6-8 people.
