DESCRIPTION:https://ozcf.com/event-286960\n\nHealth Awareness Day\n\n    People of South Asian descent are at greater risk of heart disease and stroke.\n\n Dr. Dan Mehta and the Heart and Stroke Foundation invites you to a stimulating afternoon to put health on public agenda.\n   The Heart & Stroke Foundation\, a nation-wide\, health charity has played a leadership role in the study\, prevention and reduction of disability from heart diseases.\n  Stuart Wilkinson\, a volunteer at the foundation and Dr. Dan Mehta take us on a journey to learn about risk factors\, warning signs and ways to prevent heart disease and stroke. This is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions\, become informed and get in the driver’s seat when it comes to health care.\n  After the presentation high tea will be served.\n  The event is free but it is important for us to know if you can attend\, so that we can plan appropriately.
